Changes at
Stirling for 2020
The Stirling Campus Commitment
As you prepare for the new semester, we know you’ll be looking forward to enjoying everything the city and University have to offer.
There has been a sustained decline in Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Scotland and the Scottish Government plans to ease restrictions in the months ahead. Even though there are some challenges, we’re working to make your Stirling experience enriching, exciting, memorable and safe.
"At Stirling, we are proud of our outstanding teaching, research excellence, award-winning facilities, diverse campus community and vibrant student life.
We remain committed to delivering the Stirling experience – albeit, for the time being, in new and innovative ways. At the centre of this commitment is the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, students and the wider community.
We are implementing new and enhanced measures for our autumn semester that will keep you safe while at the same time allowing our campus buildings to reopen, services to be reinstated, and the resumption of some face-to-face teaching in small groups.
Please refer regularly to these pages for further information. I look forward to welcoming you to campus."
Professor Gerry McCormac
Principal and Vice-Chancellor
