Start dates

There are some important changes to start dates you need to familiarise yourself with. Choose what level or type of course you're studying to see when your course at Stirling starts. Start dates may have changed since you applied, so you must check information for your course.

Undergraduate courses

The majority of undergraduate courses will start on 14 September 2020. For some courses, there is an opportunity to start in January 2021. Check when your course starts. 

Postgraduate courses

We have two start dates for our postgraduate taught courses – 12 October 2020 and 1 February 2021. Check to see when your course will be starting.

Pre-sessional English Language courses

Start dates for pre-sessional English courses. For those with language conditions to meet before starting their studies in 2020 or 2021.

Postgraduate research students

Postgraduate research degree students can select start dates from 1 October 2020 onwards. The University will monitor the situation and keep you informed of any changes.
